From Samos Town, head to the central bus station located near the port. Take a bus heading to Kuşadası, which is about a 2-hour journey. Once you arrive in Kuşadası, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Setur Kusadasi Marina, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Take a ferry from Samos (Vathy Port) to Kuşadası. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. After disembarking at Kuşadası, walk towards Atatürk Boulevard. Setur Kusadasi Marina is located along this street and is about a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
