Walking
Start at the central square of Serres, known as Plateia Eleftherias. From the square, head northeast on Venizelou Street until you reach the intersection with Egnatia Street. Continue straight on Egnatia Street for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. After reaching the large roundabout, take the first exit onto 28is Oktovriou Street. Continue straight for another 500 meters until you see a sign for the Execution Monument on your right. The monument is located in a small park area set back from the road.

From the central bus station in Serres, take bus number 1 towards 'Kastanias.' The bus will take you along Egnatia Street. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the stop named '28is Oktovriou.' From there, walk back along 28is Oktovriou Street for about 100 meters, and you will see the Execution Monument on your left situated within a small park.
