Walking
From Kalabaka town, head north on Trikalon Street, the main road. Continue until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Meteora Monasteries. Turn left, and follow the road towards the base of the cliffs. The panoramic view is located along this road and is accessible on foot. Note that the walk is uphill and can take approximately 1 hour from Kalabaka. Ensure you have water and comfortable shoes.

Public Transport
During the summer (March 15th to November 30th), local buses run from Kalabaka to Meteora. Check the KTEL Trikala website for the most up-to-date schedules. The bus will drop you off close to the panoramic view. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the viewing point. A single ticket costs approximately €2-€3.
