The coastline features small pebbles and coarse, dark sand. The waters are crystal-clear and deep, making it ideal for snorkeling and exploring the diverse marine life. The beach is not organized, so visitors should bring their own sunbeds and umbrellas. However, there are a few taverns and cafes nearby. Free camping is popular, though not officially permitted.
