Public Transport
To reach the Acropolis by public transport, take a bus to Lamia, which is connected to various cities in Central Greece. From Lamia, take a local bus to Neo Monastiri Fthiotidas. Upon arriving in Neo Monastiri, you may need to walk or take a taxi to the Acropolis, approximately 3 km from the bus station. Check bus schedules in advance as they can vary. A taxi from Neo Monastiri to the Acropolis will cost approximately €5-€7.
