Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From the Grenville Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading towards Sauteurs. Inform the driver you wish to get off at the Mount Carmel stop. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading to Mt. Carmel Falls, approximately a 15-minute walk. Bus fare is around EC$3-5.

    From Grenville, a taxi to Mt. Carmel Falls is a short ride. Negotiate the fare beforehand, but expect to pay around EC$20-30. The driver can drop you off near the entrance to the falls.

  • Driving

    From the center of Grenville, head south towards the main road. Proceed along the main road, passing the Grenville Bus Terminal. Continue until you reach the junction with the main road leading to Sauteurs. Turn left towards Mount Carmel and follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Mt. Carmel Falls. Parking is available on a quiet street near the trail entrance. Be aware that the entrance can be easily missed, look for a sign tucked between two houses.
