Walking
Start from the center of Agana Heights. Head north on Route 3 (also known as the Marine Corps Drive). Walk towards the coast, approximately 1.5 miles. You'll pass by various shops and restaurants along the way. As you approach the coastline, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 1. At this point, you will see signs directing you toward Hagåtña. Cross Route 1 and continue walking straight into Hagåtña. The Agana Boat Basin is located at FPHX+3XX in Hagåtña, just a short walk from this intersection.
