From the Agana Shopping Center, head southwest on Route 1. Walk for about 1 mile, passing local shops and restaurants. As you approach the intersection with Route 4, Triangle Park/Tutuhan Park will be on your right-hand side. The park is located at FQC2+7HV, Hagåtña.
