Ask the driver to drop you off at Ypao Beach Park or near the intersection of Pale San Vitores Rd and Route 14 B. From there, it is a short walk to the beach access.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or a rideshare service. Simply provide the driver with the address '429 Pale San Vitores Rd, Tumon, 96913, Guam' or tell them you want to go to Ypao Beach Park. Taxis are readily available at all hotels and major shopping centers. Expect to pay around $25-$30 for a taxi from the airport to Ypao Beach. From hotels in Tumon, the fare should be less.
