Walking
From the center of Agat, head south on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Continue for about 0.5 miles until the junction with Route 2. Turn left onto Route 2 and continue for 0.3 miles. Agat Beach Park will be on your right, and Agat Bay is a short walk south along the beach. There is no fee to access the bay.

From Agat, take the Guam Public Transit bus service. Find the nearest bus stop along Route 1 and board a bus heading towards Hågat Bay. The bus ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to Agat Bay and walk towards the beach, following signs to the bay area. A single ride is $1.00, or a day pass is $3.00.
