Ancient Chamorro artifacts, including pottery shards and latte stones (prehistoric pillar-like structures), can still be found throughout the area. These remnants offer a glimpse into the lives of Guam's early inhabitants and their connection to the land.Ritidian Point is also a haven for wildlife. The refuge is home to endangered species such as the Mariana fruit bat, Guam kingfisher, Mariana common moorhen, and Mariana crow. Birdwatchers will delight in the diverse avian population, while nature enthusiasts can explore well-maintained hiking trails that wind through lush jungles and coastal forests. Keep an eye out for the blue-banded king crow butterflies, a species exclusive to the Mariana Islands and Palau.The stunning white-sand beach is perfect for relaxation and picnicking.
