Driving
From Hagåtña, take Route 1 North, then Route 3 North to Yigo. Turn left onto Route 3A and follow the signs to Ritidian Point. The refuge is approximately a 40-minute drive from Hagåtña. Parking is available on-site and is free. Be aware that Route 3A has potholes, so drive carefully.
