The Fish Eye Underwater Observatory offers a unique opportunity to explore Guam's underwater world without diving or snorkeling. Located within the Piti Bay Marine Preserve, the observatory provides a safe and comfortable environment to witness the beauty of the ocean's ecosystem. To reach the observatory, visitors stroll along a 900-foot ocean bridge, offering panoramic views of Piti Bay. The bay's waters range from turquoise to emerald green, home to over 200 fish species and 80 coral species. Upon reaching the end of the bridge, a spiral staircase descends to the underwater viewing chamber. The underwater observatory features 24 large viewing windows at a depth of 20 feet, providing a 360-degree view of the surrounding marine environment. The Piti Bomb Holes, natural coral formations that resemble bomb craters, create a haven for marine life. Divers frequent the area, adding to the spectacle. For those who prefer to stay above water, a live video feed from the underwater chamber is available on the upper deck. Fish Eye Marine Park also offers other activities such as snorkeling and dolphin watching cruises. The park also hosts a cultural dinner show.
