From Northern Guam, take Route 1 South (Marine Corps Drive) towards the southern part of the island. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 18 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 4. Turn left onto Route 4 and continue for about 3 miles. You will see signs for Merizo Pier Park. After passing the village of Merizo, look for the park entrance on your right.
