Discover more about Talo'fo'fo' Falls

Talo'fo'fo' Falls is one of Guam's most visited waterfalls, located within the Talo'fo'fo' Falls Resort Park in the village of Inalåhan. The falls are a series of scenic cascades on the Ugum River, offering a tranquil escape into nature. The area is rich in history. The original pre-Spanish inhabitants of Talo'fo'fo' lived near the Talo'fo'fo' and Ugum rivers. The village's name may come from the Chamorro phrase “entalo' i fe'fo',” meaning “between the cliffs,” or from “fo'fo',” meaning a bubbling spring. In 1972, the area gained further recognition when Japanese soldier Sergeant Shoichi Yokoi was discovered hiding in the nearby jungle, 28 years after the end of World War II. Today, visitors can access the falls via a two-minute cable car ride that provides stunning aerial views of the 30-foot waterfall. The park includes developed walkways and bridges for viewing the falls. Additional attractions include a Guam historical museum, a replica of Yokoi's cave, an observation tower, and a gift shop.
