Ypao Beach, also known as Governor Joseph Flores Beach Park, is a vibrant and historically rich destination on Guam's western coast. The beach boasts soft, white sands and clear turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The waters are part of the Tumon Bay Marine Preserve, which limits fishing and protects marine life.
