From Andersen Air Force Base, drive south on Route 15 for approximately 14 minutes. Look for a parking area on the left side of the road. The trailhead is located just off the parking area. There are no parking fees.

From Yigo, take a Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) bus towards Tamuning. Alight near Route 15, then walk for approximately 1 mile to Pagat Cave. Bus fare is approximately $1 per ride. Check the GRTA website for the most up-to-date schedules.
