    From Hagåtña, take Marine Corps Drive (Route 1) south. Turn left onto Route 2 and continue south. Follow the road as it climbs into the southern hills. After passing the Sella Bay viewpoint, the Cetti Bay Overlook will be on your right. Park along the street. There are no parking fees.

    From Mount Jumullong Manglo, take a bus to the closest bus stop on Route 1. Check the local bus schedule for current routes and times. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1 mile to Cetti Bay. Bus fare is around $2-$3.

In ancient times, Cetti Bay was known as Atte, a village that sided with rebel Chamorros during the Chamorro-Spanish Wars. The slopes surrounding the bay are covered in grassland, savanna, and a ravine forest that conceals Cetti Falls.Today, Cetti Bay offers opportunities for hiking, snorkeling, and diving. The Cetti Bay Overlook provides panoramic views of the coastline, including the volcanic rock formations of Attelong Acho (Black Rock) to the north and Cocos Island to the south.
