    From Sinajana, take the bus on Route 4 towards Piti. Alight at the bus stop nearest to Fish Eye Underwater Observatory on Marine Corps Drive. The observatory is a short walk from the bus stop. A single ride is around $3.

    Taxis are available from major hotels and shopping centers. A taxi ride from Tumon to Fish Eye Underwater Observatory will cost approximately $25-$35. The standard flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.

    From Hagåtña, take Marine Corps Drive (Route 1) south towards Piti. Fish Eye Marine Park is located at 818 N Marine Corps Drive, Piti. Parking is available, but can be challenging due to the site's popularity. Parking fees are not charged.

The Fish Eye Underwater Observatory offers a unique opportunity to explore Guam's rich marine life without the need for diving or snorkeling. Located in the Piti Bay Marine Preserve, the observatory is accessed via a 300-meter (900-foot) ocean bridge, providing stunning views of the bay. Descend a 72-step spiral staircase to the underwater viewing deck, situated 10 meters (30 feet) below the surface. Here, 24 large windows (16 rectangular and 8 round) offer a 360-degree view of the surrounding reef, home to over 200 species of fish and 80 types of coral. Marine life is especially active in the late morning and early afternoon. The observatory is designed to withstand typhoons and provides a safe and comfortable environment to observe the underwater world. For those who prefer to stay above water, a live video feed of the underwater scenery is available on the upper deck. Beyond the underwater observatory, Fish Eye Marine Park offers other activities such as dolphin watching cruises and cultural experiences. The park also features a Garden Restaurant, where visitors can enjoy a buffet of island cuisine.
