Start your journey from Tamuning Beach by heading south on Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 17. Turn left onto Route 17, and follow it for approximately 4 miles. You will see signs for Cetti Bay Overlook. Once you see the signs, turn right onto a small road leading to the overlook. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available near the overlook.

From Tamuning Beach, take a local bus that heads south towards Humåtak. You may need to transfer buses at the Dededo Bus Terminal to catch the bus heading to Humåtak.
