Walking
Start at the Tumon Sands Plaza. Head south on Pale San Vitores Road, walking towards the main road. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1, also known as the Marine Corps Drive. Turn left onto Route 1 and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the bus stop near the Guam Premier Outlets.
Bus
At the bus stop near the Guam Premier Outlets, take the 'A' bus in the direction of Humatak. The bus will take you towards the southern part of the island. After about 30 minutes, get off at the nearest stop to Cetti Bay, which is usually the one closest to the Cetti Bay Overlook.
Walking
After getting off the bus, continue walking towards Cetti Bay. Follow the signs leading to Cetti Bay, which should be about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The path may include some inclines, so be prepared for a bit of a hike.
