Walking
Start your journey from the Tumon area. Head south on Marine Corps Drive (Route 1) towards the village of Humåtak. Continue walking along the sidewalk for approximately 4 miles. You'll pass several landmarks and hotels along the way, so keep an eye out for the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa on your right. After reaching the intersection with Route 4, turn left. Follow Route 4 until you reach the signs for Cetti Bay. The overlook is situated near the end of the road, where you'll find a scenic viewpoint overlooking the bay.
Public Bus
Take the Guam Public Transit Authority (GPTA) bus from Tumon to Humåtak. Look for the bus that goes towards the south, which usually departs from the main bus stop in Tumon. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Humåtak, you will need to walk to Cetti Bay Overlook. From the bus stop, head south towards Route 4 and continue walking until you see signs for Cetti Bay. The overlook is a short distance down Route 4.
