Car
If driving from Tumon, head towards Route 1 and continue until you reach Route 6 in Dededo. Follow Route 6 north until you see signs for Oka Point. Turn right onto the road leading to Oka Cliff and continue to the parking area. Parking is free. Be aware that the trails to the cliff line are unpaved.
Public Transport
To reach Oka Cliff via public transportation, take a bus from your location to the Guam Premier Outlets in Tamuning. Transfer to a bus heading towards Dededo and get off at the stop closest to Oka Point. From there, walk towards the cliff. Bus fare is $1.00 per ride, or $3.00 for a day pass. Note that bus schedules may be limited, so plan accordingly.
Taxi
Taxis are available at hotels and major shopping centers. A taxi ride from Tumon to Oka Cliff will cost approximately $20-$30. The standard flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.
