If you're driving from the center of Umatac Bay, head south on Route 4 (also known as the Marine Corps Drive). Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 2. You'll need to turn right onto a smaller road that leads you directly to the parking area near Fouha Point. Ensure to keep an eye out for any parking fees, which might be applicable at the site.
