Getting There

    From the central park (Parque Central) in Antigua Guatemala, head east on 5a Avenida Norte. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with 6a Calle Oriente. Turn left onto 6a Calle Oriente and continue walking for another 5 minutes until you reach the main street, Avenida de la Reforma. Cross the street and continue straight onto the trail that leads towards San Cristobal El Alto. Follow the path for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach the Antigua Mountain Trail entrance.

  • Tuk-tuk

    You can catch a tuk-tuk from various locations in Antigua. A popular starting point is near the central market or Parque Central. Ask the driver to take you to 'San Cristobal El Alto'. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance to the trail entrance, which is well marked.
