At the terminal, look for a bus or 'chicken bus' heading to San Lucas Sacatepéquez. The fare is typically around 5-10 Quetzales. Once you board the bus, inform the driver you are going to Mercado San Lucas. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. When you arrive in San Lucas, ask the driver to drop you off near the market. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk to the Mercado San Lucas Sacatepéquez.

From wherever you are in Antigua, you can easily find a Tuk Tuk (a small motorized taxi) by walking to the nearest main street. Once you find a Tuk Tuk driver, tell them you want to go to Mercado San Lucas Sacatepéquez. The drivers are generally familiar with the area and will take you directly to the market. The ride will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare should be negotiated upfront, typically around 50-70 Quetzales.
