From the central park (Parque Central) in Antigua, head southwest on 5a Avenida Norte towards 6a Calle. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 7a Avenida Norte. Turn left and proceed until you reach the main road (Carretera a Ciudad Vieja). At this point, you can choose to take a tuk-tuk or continue walking. If you choose to walk, continue on the road for about 30 minutes until you see the trailhead for Volcán de Agua on your right.
