Car
If you are driving from any point in the Caribbean Coast, head towards the main highway that connects to Belize. From the Caribbean Coast, you will need to head west towards the town of Puerto Barrios and then follow the signs to Morales. After Morales, continue driving on the CA-9 highway until you reach the turnoff for the George Price Highway (also known as the Western Highway). Follow the George Price Highway towards San Ignacio, which is approximately a 2.5 to 3-hour drive from Morales. Ka’ana Resort is located at Mile 69.1 on the George Price Highway. Keep an eye out for the resort sign as you approach San Ignacio.

To reach Ka'ana Resort via public transportation, start by taking a bus from any town along the Caribbean Coast to Puerto Barrios or Morales. From Morales, you can catch a bus heading to San Ignacio. Buses typically leave every hour and the journey may take around 2 to 3 hours. Once in San Ignacio, you can take a taxi to Ka'ana Resort. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and should cost around $10 to $15 USD. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the ride.
