Public Transport

Upon arrival at Tikal, you will need to pay an entrance fee of Q150. From the entrance, it's about a 30-minute walk to the Seven Temples, following the marked signs.

From Flores, drive south on CA-9 for approximately 60 kilometers, which takes about 1 hour. Follow the signs to Tikal National Park. Pay the entrance fee of Q150 at the park entrance. Continue towards the Tikal ruins and park your vehicle. From the parking area, walk to the Seven Temples area, which is well-marked.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
Consider hiring a taxi or ride-sharing service from Flores to Tikal for a direct route. This option is more expensive, costing around Q300, but it takes you directly to the entrance of Tikal. Once there, you'll need to pay the Q150 entrance fee before continuing to the Seven Temples within the park.
