Getting There

    If you are starting from the Central Plaza (Plaza Mayor), head east along Calle 7 until you reach Avenida 6. Turn right (south) on Avenida 6, then take your first left onto Calle 9. Continue walking straight on Calle 9 until you reach the intersection with 9A Calle 9. The National History Museum will be on your right at 9A Calle 9.

    Locate a bus stop for the local buses heading towards Zona 1. You can take any bus that travels along Avenida 6. Board the bus and confirm with the driver that it stops near Calle 9. Once you get off, walk two blocks east on Calle 9 until you reach the intersection with 9A Calle 9. The museum will be on your right.
