Boat
If you are staying in towns around Lake Atitlán, you can take a public boat to San Pedro La Laguna. Boats depart regularly from Panajachel, San Marcos, and Santiago Atitlán. Make sure to board a boat heading to San Pedro. The boat ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your departure point. Once you arrive at the San Pedro dock, you will see signs directing you towards the town center.

Walking
From the San Pedro dock, walk towards the main road (Calle Principal). Turn left and walk along the road for about 10 minutes until you reach the central plaza of San Pedro La Laguna. Here, you will find various shops and restaurants. Continue walking straight through the plaza until you reach the intersection at the end. Turn right onto Calle 14. Follow this road as it rises uphill. After about 15-20 minutes, you will see signs for the Volcán San Pedro Trailhead. The trailhead is located at the end of the road, near the entrance of the hiking trail.
