From any location around Lake Atitlán, take a boat to Santiago Atitlán. Boats frequently depart from Panajachel, San Pedro, or San Marcos. Make sure to confirm the boat's final destination is Santiago Atitlán before boarding. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your departure point. Once you arrive at the Santiago Atitlán dock, disembark and head towards the main road.

Continue straight until you reach the intersection where you see local markets. At this intersection, turn left onto the road leading up the hill towards the outskirts of town.
