Getting There

• Walking

  From the central area of Panajachel, head towards Calle Principal (the main street). Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Avenida 2-2. At this intersection, look for signs pointing to the Lake Atitlán ferry docks. Follow Avenida 2-2 straight until you see the docks on your left. Once you reach the docks, continue walking along the lakeshore road, which will become Calle de los Cuentos. After about 20 minutes of walking along the lakeshore, you will reach a sign for Finca San Buenaventura. Follow the signs leading you towards the property entrance.

• Tuk-Tuk

  From any point in Panajachel, find a tuk-tuk stand or wave down a tuk-tuk driver. Tell the driver that you want to go to 'Finca San Buenaventura'. They will know the location. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You will be dropped off at the entrance to the hotel. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

• Boat

  If you are near the lake, you can take a boat from the ferry docks. Look for boats heading towards San Pedro La Laguna or Santa Cruz La Laguna; these typically stop near Finca San Buenaventura. After approximately a 15-minute boat ride, disembark at the closest dock to the hotel. From there, it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. Follow the path leading away from the dock, and look for signs to Finca San Buenaventura.
