Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Puerto Barrios, head east on Calle 4 toward Avenida 2. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida 6. Turn left onto Avenida 6. After about 200 meters, you will reach the main road CA9. Cross the road carefully and continue walking north along CA9. La Posada de Don Diego is located approximately 1 kilometer down the road on your left. Look for the address PC74+4VJ, CA9, Barrios, which is marked outside the hotel.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central park of Puerto Barrios. Ride east on Calle 4, then turn left onto Avenida 6. Continue riding north until you reach CA9. Turn left on CA9 and ride for about 1 kilometer. La Posada de Don Diego will be on your left at PC74+4VJ, CA9, Barrios. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the central bus station in Puerto Barrios, look for a bus heading towards Morales or Guatemala City. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at La Posada de Don Diego. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity, the driver will let you know when to disembark. Walk about 100 meters back towards CA9, and you will find La Posada de Don Diego at PC74+4VJ, CA9, Barrios.
