Walking
The Guernsey Tapestry Gallery is located in St Peter Port, easily accessible on foot from the Town Terminus bus station and the main shopping areas. From the bus station, walk along the High Street, then turn onto College Street. The gallery is in the Dorey Centre, just off College Street. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
Buses.gg operates an island-wide bus service with regular connections to St Peter Port. Most routes pass through the Town Terminus. From there, it is a short walk to the gallery. A single bus fare is approximately £1.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the airport, the Bridge (St Sampson), and in St Peter Port. A taxi from the airport to the Guernsey Tapestry Gallery in St Peter Port will cost approximately £15-£20.
Car
If driving, navigate to St Peter Port and then to St James Street, where the Guernsey Tapestry Gallery is located. Parking is available in nearby public car parks. Most on-street parking and car parks are marked as 'disc zone' and require a parking clock. Parking clocks are available for purchase from the Guernsey Information Centre, most garages and a number of retail outlets but may cost more. All public parking in Guernsey (with the exception of the Guernsey Airport) is free.
