Starting from the center of St. Anne, head south on the main road, La Rue de la Lande, towards the sea. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with La Rue de la Saline. Turn right onto La Rue de la Saline and follow it as it curves towards the west. After a short distance, you will reach the junction with Arsenal Road. Turn left onto Arsenal Road and walk straight. Victoria Tower will be on your right side, approximately 10 minutes from the center of St. Anne.
