Walking
Starting from the St. Sampson's Harbour, head south along the main road, Rue des Forges. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with the Rue de la Saline. Cross the road at the traffic lights and turn left onto Rue de la Saline. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Vale Road. Continue along Vale Road, and after a short distance, you will see a sign for Vale Castle on your right. Follow the pathway up to the castle entrance.

Public Transport
From St. Sampson, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Rue des Forges near the harbour. Take the bus number 91 or 92 towards Vale. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and alight at the Vale Castle stop. From there, it is a short walk up Castle Road to reach the entrance of Vale Castle.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at St. Sampson's Harbour and ride south along Rue des Forges. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at Rue de la Saline. Turn left onto Rue de la Saline, then follow it until the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Vale Road. Cycle along Vale Road, and you will find Vale Castle on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
