Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the central area of Bissau, start by heading towards Praça dos Herois, which is a well-known central square. From there, take Avenue Amílcar Cabral heading southeast. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rua de Portugal. Turn right onto Rua de Portugal and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will see signs for Mural as you approach. Once you reach the coordinates VC56+J7Q, you will find Mural located nearby.

• Walking

  If you are near the National Museum of Guinea-Bissau, exit the museum and head south on Avenida 14 de Novembro. Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to continue on Avenida 14 de Novembro. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Rua de Portugal. Continue walking for another 500 meters, and you will find Mural at the coordinates VC56+J7Q, easily identifiable by local signage.

• Bicycle

  For those with access to a bicycle, start from the Bissau waterfront area. Ride along the waterfront road heading north until you reach Avenida 14 de Novembro. Turn left on Avenida 14 de Novembro and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Avenida 14 de Novembro, then turn left onto Rua de Portugal after about 300 meters. Mural will be located a short distance ahead at VC56+J7Q.

• Public Transport (if available)

  Look for local minibuses or shared taxis heading towards Praça dos Herois. Once you arrive at Praça dos Herois, disembark and follow the walking directions provided for pedestrians, specifically towards Avenue Amílcar Cabral. Follow the instructions to walk to Mural from there.
