If you are driving from a location in the Mazaruni River area, head southeast towards the Kurupukari Crossing on the Essequibo River. The Iwokrama River Lodge is approximately 30 kilometers away from the crossing point. Follow the road signs towards the Iwokrama Rainforest Reserve.
