Keep an eye out for the signpost indicating Tawokoni State Park. The park entrance will be on your right. Note that the road may be unpaved and bumpy in parts, so drive cautiously.

To reach Tawokoni State Park via public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop in Mazaruni River. You will need to catch a bus heading towards Arau Village. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on road conditions. Once you arrive in Arau Village, ask the driver or locals for directions to the park entrance. It’s about a 5-kilometer walk from the bus stop to the park. Alternatively, you may hire a motorbike taxi (known as 'boda boda') for a quicker ride to the park entrance.
