If you are traveling by car from Centre, head north towards Route Nationale #1. Continue on this road for approximately 45 minutes, following signs toward Port-au-Prince. Once you reach Port-au-Prince, keep an eye out for Avenue M. Ambroise. Turn left onto Avenue M. Ambroise, and Champ de Mars will be located on your left at the address GMR7+M52. Parking may be limited, so consider using local parking facilities or street parking.
Public Transportation - Tap Tap
To reach Champ de Mars via public transportation, look for a Tap Tap (shared taxi) heading towards Port-au-Prince. Board the Tap Tap from a central location in Centre. The fare is typically around 50 HTG ($0.50 USD). The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Ask the driver to drop you off at Champ de Mars or at a nearby landmark, such as the National Palace. From there, walk to GMR7+M52, 10 Ave M.Ambroise.
Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, look for a bus company that operates routes from Centre to Port-au-Prince. Purchase your ticket (costing around 100 HTG or $1 USD) and board the bus at the designated bus terminal. The trip will take about 1 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Port-au-Prince, you can take a motorcycle taxi (moto) for a small fee (around 30-50 HTG or $0.30-$0.50 USD) directly to Champ de Mars.
