From the central square in Jérémie, head south on Rue Sainte Anne. Continue straight on this road until you reach the end, then turn left onto Rue du Fort. Follow this road for about a mile until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork and continue for another half mile until you see a sign for Cave Grotte Marie-Jeanne. Follow the sign and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the cave entrance.
