From Lac Azuéi, take Route Nationale 3 heading north. Follow the signs towards Laferriere Citadel. Once you reach the town of Milot, continue on the main road until you see signs directing you to the citadel. Follow the road up the mountain until you reach the entrance of Laferriere Citadel.

From Lac Azuéi, take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Milot. Once in Milot, hire a motorcycle taxi to take you up the mountain to Laferriere Citadel. Alternatively, you can also walk from Milot to the citadel, following the signs along the way.
