Walking
From the center of Saint-Marc, head southeast towards Route Nationale 1. Walk down this road for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit towards the direction of Port-au-Prince. Continue walking for another 10-15 minutes until you reach the sign for the Tour 2004 Bicentennial Monument on your left. Follow the path leading to the monument, which is visible from the road.

If you are near the Saint-Marc Cathedral, start by walking towards Avenue Charles Sumner. From there, turn left onto Rue de l'Indépendance and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 1. Turn right and follow Route Nationale 1 for about 20 minutes. You will see the Tour 2004 Bicentennial Monument on your right side as you approach Port-au-Prince.
