Car
From the town center of Les Cayes in Sud, head east towards Route Nationale 2 (RN2). Follow RN2 for approximately 25 km. You will pass through the towns of Saint-Louis-du-Sud and Cavaillon. Continue on RN2 until you reach the junction for Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and follow it for another 15 km until you see signs for La Visite National Park. The GPS coordinates for the park are approximately 18.3506° N, 72.2719° W. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as some roads may be rough.

Public Transportation
To reach La Visite National Park using public transportation, start from the central bus station in Les Cayes. Look for a tap-tap (shared taxi) heading towards Jacmel. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Route 3 junction. The fare to this junction is typically around 50 HTG (Haitian Gourdes). Once you reach the junction, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (moto) to take you the remaining 10 km to the park entrance. This moto ride may cost around 200-300 HTG. Be sure to confirm the price before starting your journey.

If you have access to a car, drive to the nearest point on Route 3 to La Visite National Park. There are designated parking areas available near the park entrance. From the parking area, visitors will need to hike into the park to fully experience its beauty. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water, as the trails can be challenging. The entrance fee for the park may be around 100 HTG per person, so be prepared to pay this fee upon arrival.
