If you are driving, start from the center of Sula Valley and head towards Copan Ruinas. Take the CA-11 highway south, which is well-marked and will take you directly to Copan. Once you arrive in Copan Ruinas, continue driving until you reach the Parque Central. From there, Macaw Mountain Bird Park is located 2 km north of the Parque Central. You can follow the road signs or use a GPS to guide you to the park. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Sula Valley to Copan Ruinas. Buses frequently leave from the main bus terminal in Sula Valley. The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours and costs around 50-100 Lempiras. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Copan Ruinas, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Parque Central.
