If you're in Utila town, start by heading south toward the main road, which is the only road running along the eastern side of the island. Walk past the Utila Dive Center and continue straight until you reach the crossroads at the main intersection. Go straight through the intersection, passing by the Utila Ferry Terminal on your right. Keep walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Sandy Bay. Once in Sandy Bay, look for Baan Suerte Rd on your left. Turn onto Baan Suerte Rd, and walk about 5 minutes until you see Spa Baan Suerte on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Utila town. Begin your ride south on the main road, passing the Utila Dive Center and the Utila Ferry Terminal as you go. Follow the road as it curves into Sandy Bay. After approximately 15 minutes of cycling, look for Baan Suerte Rd on your left. Turn onto Baan Suerte Rd and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Spa Baan Suerte.

From Utila town, you can take a taxi boat directly to Sandy Bay. Head to the dock located near the Ferry Terminal and ask for a taxi boat to Sandy Bay. Once you arrive at the Sandy Bay dock, exit the boat and walk towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue walking until you see Baan Suerte Rd on your left. Turn onto Baan Suerte Rd, and after a short walk of about 5 minutes, you will reach Spa Baan Suerte.
