Car
If you are driving from the city of Yoro, head southeast on CA-5 towards Tegucigalpa for about 70 km until you reach the junction for La Ceiba. Take the exit towards La Ceiba (CA-13) and continue for approximately 100 km. Once you reach La Ceiba, follow the signs to the ferry terminal to take a ferry to Roatan. The ferry ride will take about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Roatan, drive to French Harbour via Main Road, which is about a 30-minute drive. The Buccaneer is located along Main Road, French Harbour.
Public Transportation
From Yoro, take a bus heading to La Ceiba. Buses frequently leave from the central bus station in Yoro, and the journey takes about 3 hours. Upon reaching La Ceiba, take a taxi or local transport to the ferry terminal. Purchase your ferry ticket to Roatan, which costs around $15-$20 USD. The ferry ride lasts approximately 1 hour. Once on Roatan, you can take a local taxi or shuttle service to French Harbour, which will take about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to take you to The Buccaneer located on Main Road.
