Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Várpalota, which is approximately 20 kilometers from the central Bakony area. Take Route 8 towards Várpalota. There is a small parking area near the fortress where you can leave your vehicle.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Bátorkő vára using public transportation, take a bus from major towns in Bakony to Várpalota.
