Car
If you are driving, start from the main town in Bakony, Veszprém. Take Route 82 towards Pápa. After about 32 kilometers, merge onto Route 83 towards Ugod. Continue straight until you reach the village of Ugod. Once in Ugod, follow signs for Huszárokelőpuszta. The lodge is situated at Huszárokelőpuszta, 8564, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the village center. Look for parking near the lodge. Be aware that some roads might be unpaved, so drive cautiously.

To reach Huszárokelőpusztai Vadászház és Üdülőház by public transport, take a train from Budapest to Veszprém. From Veszprém, you can catch a bus to Ugod. Buses run regularly, but check the schedule in advance. Once in Ugod, you will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers to reach the lodge. It’s advisable to use a GPS or map app for navigation from Ugod to Huszárokelőpuszta, as there may be limited signage.
